"Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck.." Luigi kept saying over and over in his head now that he was alone in the room with both Pavi and Vittoria. The two siblings that he didn't want who both wanted in his pants and who Luigi wanted nothing to do with.
Pavi was weak, stupid, and effeminate. And worse of all, in Luigi's mind, he took their mother from him. Before Pavi came along Luigi had their mother all to himself and he hated having to share her. Vittoria though...Vittoria was just weird and very, very psychotic. And even though he didn't want to admit it, smarter than him. If she had been older, and not his sister, Luigi probally would've liked her. Maybe even more than attracted to her as well.
Though deep deep down, there was something Luigi didn't care to admit to anyone not even himself. He was attracted to his siblings just as much as he loathed them, almost loved them in his own psychotic way. And for exactly the same reasons that he supposedly hated them. If anyone, other than himself, harmed his brother or sisters Luigi would go after that person. No questions asked.
At the moment though Luigi sat uncomfortably next to Pavi, waiting for the dinner to begin so that it would get over sooner.

"I should-a light the candles." Vittoria said getting up out of her seat. Ignoring how her every movement seemed to make both of her brothers flinch. She walked over to a set of antique mohagony drawers and took out a box of matches. She walked around the table so she was between both Pavi and Luigi, under the guise of reaching the candles.
As she reached across the table to lite one of the candles she let her hips brush against Pavi's hand as well as giving both brothers a good view of her hindquarters. "There, now all-a we need is Mama and Amber and-a we can start." She said brightly straigthing up and blowing out the match. Then walking back to her seat acting as if she hadn't just "accidently" brushed up against Pavi and Luigi in a suggestive way.

Amber walked back into the room, carrying the white porcelain soup tureen that contained the clams italiano soup. In her left hand was the matching ladle. She sighed a little when she saw who she would be sitting next to, though hopefully with Mama so close by Vittoria would behave herself.
Though Amber wouldn't bet on it, if that girl knew she could get away with something, or found the tiniest bit of information that she could use against someone she would do it. The girl might be younger than all of them but she was a master manipulator. "Oh the candles are already lit," Amber said sitting down waiting for their mother to join them. More as a way to make conversation than anything else.

Pavi stiffened suddenly, jerking his hand away from the slight brush against Vittoria's body. He pretended as though he were only pulling back his wrist to look into his mirror, not wanting to let her know that her touch had had such an effect on him. He knew it was useless, however, as the girl only seemed to act in such a way around them to make them uncomfortable in the first place.
Trying his hardest to ignore the sight of his sister bending over to light the candles, he looked towards Luigi almost mournfully, the expression on his mask twisting to match his uncomfortable mood. Thankfully, the girl was soon done, and after she'd finished, Amber arrived shortly thereafter. Hopefully, that meant that their mother would be arriving soon as well, which would at least manage to put Vittoria at bay until the evening was over.
"Yes...ah, don't-a you look lovely, sorella," Pavi smiled at Amber, trying to mask any nervousness in his tone. Not wanting to continuing speaking, lest he manage to put his foot in his mouth like usual, he turned to Luigi. "Doesn't she look-a lovely, fratello? Both of-a you wear-a the Largo charm so nicely." Too late.

Luigi looked away uncomfortably when Toria was bending over, putting herself on display and feigning innocence. He was somewhat grateful that Vittoria seemed smitten by himself and Pavi, and not going after boys her own age. Other wise they would all have their hands full with keeping her away from the boys, and keeping her from getting a reputation and getting pregnant before finishing high school.
As he looked away he caught the almost mournful look that Pavi was giving him. He knew exactly how he felt, and had Luigi been a kinder brother he would've found some way to help Pavi. But being as it was, Luigi had to suppress a smirk at seeing Pavi so troubled by female attention.
"Yeah sure, for someone who's probably full of dead people juice." Luigi said not looking up at Amber and taking a gulp from his flask. He'd need plenty of liquor to get him through being in the room with all three of his siblings. When Pavi let his flirty compliment slip, and Luigi had to keep himself from slugging brother right then and there. Instead he settled for kicking Pavi's ankle hard.

"So you-a think both Luigi and Amber are attractive, si?" Vittoria said smiling a little with a mischevious look in her eyes. The thought of her brothers, together in that way made Vittoria's body tingle a bit. She had heared about men being with men and didn't find it that appealing the way some girls had. But at the thought of those men being her brothers she found it very very appealing.
"Don't you answer that, or I'll stab your eyes out with a spoon!" Luigi shot turning to Pavi, appaled at the very idea of Pavi finding him attractive. Or, based on the hungry look in Toria's eyes as she glanced at her brothers, their sister thinking about them together in that way.

"Pavi finds most everyone attractive." Amber explained taking her seat next to her little sister. Unaware and uncaring about the obvious tension in the room. She had even failed to note that once again Pavi was sitting next to Luigi, ever since Vittoria moved in Pavi had been sitting next to their brother.
"Doesn't matter their age, gender, gender identity, or even if they are related to him."

Pavi bit his lip as Luigi kicked his ankle, suppressing the urge to make much more than a small utterance of pain. He looked at the other with mock surprise, knowing that he undoubtedly deserved the small attack.
"If-a I had a dime for-a every time you've-a made that threat," Pavi remarked to his brother dryly, pausing as though he were actually thinking the hypothetical over. "Well, we'd-a be even richer than-a we are-a now," he laughed, shrugging carelessly. As always, Luigi's threats never remained in Pavi's thoughts for long; life was too short to spend worrying about how likely it was that you were going to be killed in your sleep every night.
He pouted at Amber's remark, though he knew it wasn't far from the truth. "Lovers find-a beauty in-a everything, sister," he defended, folding his arms over his chest. Raising an eyebrow, he added, "And-a mio fratelli haven't got-a room to speak about-a relations, now-a do you?" Pavi smirked at Luigi and Amber then, ignoring the fact that saying such things in front of Vittoria was probably the opposite of a good idea.

Amber's eyes widened in horror at Pavi's remark, how could her brother be so stupid?! She quickly looked behind his shoulder into the hallway to ensure that their mother wasn't near. Dear God if their mother found out about that...there was no telling what she would do. Amber reached across the table suddenly and slapped Pavi across the mouth to get him to shut up, her nails scrapping againt his masks mouth slightly so he'd be able to fell it.
"Stupido stronzo!" She hissed lowly so no one in the other rooms could hear. Amber glared daggers at him."Our mother is in the next room, she might hear you! Is that what you want, Pavi, for her to find out?! Do you know what she might do if she were to ever find out?! She'd leave and never come back!"
She sat down very, very upset almost near tears at the thought of their mother hating them and thinking them disgusting for the relations they had had with each other. And her leaving never to be seen again. "She would hate us." She said finally not looking at any of her siblings as she took a gigantic gulp of wine to calm her nerves.

Pavi's little 'hint' about his and Ambers "relations" pissed Luigi off just as much as Amber. And when she described just what might happen if their mother ever found out about what would happen if she found out Luigi felt his blood run cold at that prospect.
No he wouldn't lose his mother, not again. Jus the thought of it ending like Amber said was making tears of sadness come to Luigi's eyes. He could hear the last words their father said to them in his Mama's voice, see the same look that Rotti had given to them on her face. No! Luigi would never let his mother find out what had happened in the past, and what would probally happen in the future. He couldn't let something like that happen, he'd die first! Or rather he'd kill Pavi or anyone else first.
Luigi reached out and grabbed his brother by the tie and yanked him roughly so that his younger brother was looking him in the face. "If you so much as fucking hint about that with Mama in the house again, I will fucking end you! I will not have Mama leave us, not again, not ever. Is that fucking understood you little shit for brains!"

Pavi reeled back in surprise at Amber's slap, barely able to take in what she'd said before Luigi was jerking him forward by the tie. He narrowed his eyes at his older brother, giving an unimpressed expression at his threat. True, he'd been out of line making that sort of comment with Mama in the house, and it had mostly been out of his own stupidity that he'd let it slip, but that didn't mean that he intended to let his siblings call him out for it.
Jerking his tie out of Luigi's hand, Pavi smoothed down his collar, his mask molding into an unreadable expression. Looking up at Amber, Pavi cocked an eyebrow, leaning forward and glancing around, as though to make sure his mother was nowhere in sight.
"Then I suggest-a you keep your mouth shut about-a my attractions, sister," Pavi replied lividly, lowering his voice. He didn't often grow angry with Amber, and he didn't often express his anger towards Luigi, but this was a different matter entirely. Pavi hated hypocrisy, and didn't intend to let himself be battered around. Not with Vittoria in the room, anyway, who no doubt found some sort of twisted pleasure in seeing him berated verbally by his siblings. Whether they were in the right or not.
Turning on Luigi now, Pavi added, "And-a maybe I'm-a not the only one who should-a watch what they do with-a Mama in-a earshot." He glanced towards Vittoria to demonstrate his point, before turning back to face his plate, taking a sip of his wine as though nothing had happened before.
And, as far as his mother need know, nothing had.

Vittoria found it very, very amusing how her siblings were fighting. Especially how they casually hit Pavi. The teenage girl found it rather exciting to see Pavi, the usually calm and composed playboy, humiliated rather than the one doing the humilating. She made a mental note to film Pavi and Luigi's fights next time, or at the very least take photo's with her camera phone.
When he spoke to her she simply gave a half smile. Vittoria thought it funny that her older brother thought he could threaten her. As if she didn't know how to act when their mother was around. Please! She had lived with their mother for fifteen years. Far, far more than any of them ever had. and she knew all the nuances and tricks to show her mother only what she wanted her to see. "Si." She said playing with the pearl bracelet on her wrist, going over each pearl slowly while her mind churned as a way to turn this situation around. "One never-a know's what she-a might hear, fratello. For-a example I'm-a sure Mama wouldn't want to-a hear how-a exactly Pavi's "accident" really happened, isn't that-a right fratellos?"

Luigi's head whipped around from Pavi to Vittoria when she made her thinly veiled threat towards both of them. How the hell could she know about that? Luigi wondered. As far as he knew just he and Pavi, and their long dead father, knew about that. He narrowed his eyes at Pavi wondering if maybe he told her about that. But no, he thought, Pavi never ever spoke of that night. Didn't bring it up or talk about what had happened to his face.
The "official" story was that Pavi had had some accident with some acid in one of the labrotiries. And another rumor, which had become more widespread than the story GeneCo made up, was that Pavi had removed his face himself so that he could better feel his masks better, due to a fetish for women's faces he possessed. Which might even be somewhat true considering Pavi's borderline obsession with women. (Not that Luigi wanted to know anymore about Pavi's hobby anymore than he had to.)
"I have no idea what you're talking about." Luigi said casually as if Vittoria didn't know the brothers deep secret. "You're just making shit up now Vittoria, so shut your mouth piccola putana!." He refused to meet her eyes, knowing the smallest thing could give him away. She was good at that apparently reading you well enough that she knew what was going on in your head, at times it was as if she was inside your head.

Vittoria smiled and giggled at Luigi's very obvious lie. There was no way any of them could lie to her, they were much, much to obvious about it. Probably because they didn't have to ever really lie to anyone in their lives. Her siblings were given everything they ever asked for, got away with every wrong thing they ever did, and solved their problems by throwing money at it.
And this is where Vittoria had them all beat. She had mastered the art of manipulation and assumed innocence at the tender age of nine. Learning not only to pay close attention to people so as to present to them what they wanted to see rather than what was really there, but also how to read people themselves. Almost everyone had a sign that they were lying. In Luigi's case he would often look away from her or refuse to meet her eyes.
"Oh Luigi," She sighed sounding mock disappointed. "You-a know better than-a to lie to me! I-a suppose you're all-a wondering how I figured this all out on-a my own. So I'll-a tell you." Vittoria paused cleared her throat and continued. Speaking in a calm almost dead pan tone, similar to how someone would explain a class assignment.
"For-a starters Pavi's scars are-a third degree burns, and-a only on his face. If-a it were an accident, like-a the "official" story says" he would-a have scars on other parts of-a his body. His neck, shoulders, and-a top of his head for-a example. Instead it's-a only on-a his face. Secondly his-a scars are-a third degree burns, not acid. Now Pavi has-a never been-a known to go anywhere near-a flame, I've a noticed he even flinches if-a he so much as-a glances at-a candle." She paused and gave Pavi a small smile that said "See I notice everything about you!" Which could either be interpreted as loving or threatening. Or both.
"Now-a since Pavi has-a never done a lick of-a work in-a his life, how in-a the world could-a he come by such wounds? Someone would have to-a do it to him. But since no one was-a punished. I figure it-a had to be someone who-a couldn't be punished, someone almost untouchable when-a it came to harming a Largo; and-a who else could harm-a Largo and-a get away with-a it but another Largo? But not-a just any Largo, one who-a had a grudge against Pavi, and-a since Amber and Pavi have-a always been on-a good terms, and-a Rotti would-a been smarter than-a to leave any marks that-a could be traced back to-a him. So that-a left you." Vittoria said to Luigi giving a cunning and triumphant look. She shrugged her shoulders and flipped a bit of her hair back.
"You were the only one who fit that-a description Luigi and the-a only person with-a motive, and-a way to cover it up. And-a don't try and-a tell me that-a I'm wrong in-a my detections. Like-a I said you-a are a terrible liar. As-a for you." Toria said turning her attention to Pavi.
"I'm-a willing to-a guess that-a the experience left you-a traumatized to the-a point that-a you don't even want to-a think about it let-a alone discuss it. Possibly because just thinking about it gives you flash backs." She paused and drank her water down, she wasn't used to talking so much. But she needed to show her siblings just who they were dealing with. And if they were going to threaten her they should prepare for her to do far, far, worse to them. "So, you-a let the public believe that-a you had-a face fetish because you'd-a rather them see you as-a dangerous sex-maniac than-a scarred up victim, si? Because that-a would-a hurt your Casanovaesque public persona, and-a let's face it if-a you lost-a that, then what-a would you have?"
She was silent for several minutes letting everything she said sink in. "If-a any of-a you think that-a you can threaten me you-a all have something coming. I am just as-a ruthless and-a conscience free as-a all of-a you. But-a I'm worse, because-a what I lack in-a age and-a experience I make up for in-a intelligence. Capire?"

Amber's jaw dropped slightly at Vittoria's explanation of how she figured out how and why Pavi lost his face. Amber had known her brothers her entire life and even she hadn't guessed about Pavi's face until he had told her several months ago. Though to be far that was because she was to self absorbed to notice anything that didn't affect her. And being on zydrate almost fourteen hours a day dulled the senses.
And then there was Vittoria's little threat, no not a little threat. A very, very obvious threat. An obvious threat made by a very skilled and evenly matched opponent. Amber didn't put it past the girl to not know enough about all of them to know their weaknesses to use them against each of them to get them to do what they wanted. (And then some.)
Plus with their mother not that far away, none of the older Largo siblings could do or say anything about her. For now anyway. Amber looked away from the girl, to hide the worried and almost scared look in her eyes. Trying to appear casual while adjusting her earrings. "Whatever you say, sister." Amber said mildly. "But for tonight let's try and keep it civil shall we?"
