"I do!" Amber shouted angirly. Her brother had let many strange men, women, and somewhere between the two. A few of them having been spies from rival bussinesses or protest groups. "Because you've done it before and almost ruined everything!"
She scowled at the woman, she didn't even look like their mother. At least not in Ambers mind, in her mind her mother was taller, thinner, and had a air of easy grace. "I won't listen to a word she says! Whoever she is she cannot be our mother...and if Mama was alive today she would be disgusted by you fawning over a poor impersonation!"

"Carmella...please." Lucretzia said approaching Amber her hands out. Out of all her children, Amber had changed the most drastic. Her eyes were no longer the warm honey brown that she remembered. And she had gone through so many surgeries that she had barely retained any of the features he had been born with. Which rather upset Lucetzia as when Carmella was a little girl she had looked exactly like Lucretzia's mother. "I am who I-a say I am. I know that your first word was Papa, when you were-a little girl you were-a terrified of ponds and swimming pools. You loved jelly beans, but hated the black ones. And you couldn't sleep at night unless I was sitting next to your bed holding your hand." She wiped a few tears coming to her eyes away. "How could-a any one except your mother know all of-a that?"

Pavi nodded furiously at the older woman's words. His sister had to believe that this was their mother, she just had to. True, Pavi had believed stunts such as this in the past, but no one had ever managed to present this kind of proof before.
"Amber...she knows about everything that-a the tabloids do not. She knew about...she knew about Stella," Pavi explained, voice quieting and face reddening at the last input. His siblings knew about his silly little heirloom that he kept hidden away in his closet, and had teased him about it on many occasion, but no one had ever dared tell a reporter about it, not even Luigi. Only the family.
"Tell-a her something else, Mama," Pavi pleaded, turning back to the woman.

Lucertzia nodded to Pavi's words, encouraged by them to continue. "Carmella when you were-a little about three years old you got sick. With a very very high-a fever. I sat by your bed, and you were-a having nightmares and dellusions. When I tried to calm you down you told me about them. You said that everyone in-a the world forgot you, even me and your brothers." She walked closer to Amber.
"And I told you, that-a no one could forget you because you were the prettiest little girl in the entire world. Forgetting you would be like-a forgetting the sun or-a the summer, it would not be possible and anyone who did would have-a very sad and lonely life."

Amber glared at the woman, which softened as the woman started telling her story. Amber remembered that night. How she had woken up sobbing from her fever dream. And her mother had been right there to calm her daughter down and sooth her nerves. She had never told anyone about that dream, because truthfully it was one of her biggest fears to be forgotten and tossed aside unloved by everyone.
Amber felt her throat tighten, and she had to bite her tongue hard (which was quite painful thanks to her surgically implanted fangs) to keep her self from letting out a sob. "Lucky guess." She said lowering her lids at the woman in front of her keeping her face calm and unreadable. "But until I let you further into our home and our lives you'll have to under-go a few DNA tests to make sure you are who you say you are. And a lie detector test as well."

Pavi sighed, rolling his eyes at his sister's lack of belief. "Fine. Then let-a her take a test. Amber, I know she's-a telling the truth," he said firmly, frowning at his sister through his mask.
Pavi wasn't the most brilliant Largo child; far from it. While he may have been witty, he had the tendency to forget things easily and act foolish. But this...this was different. Something inside of him just knew that this was their mother. He'd never been more sure of something in his life, or at least, of no other event that could come to mind.

"If-a that's what it-a will take for you to believe that I am who I-a say I am than I will-a do it." Lucretzia said with a determined look on her face. "Where-do I have to-a do it? Or do you have one of those-a automatic ones around here?" She held out her arm for one of the Geneterns to prick her with a needle. Lucretzia gave the girls a disapproving look, not liking the way they were dressed. This was a business, they should be professionals after all. Not slutty.

That's when Luigi ran down stairs, uncharisticaly messily dressed. He had been in the middle of changing his shirt when he heared the news that his mother, who had been dead since he was six, had suddenly re-appeared. He stabbed the messanger who told him, chocking on his rage as he did so. How dare this peasent mock his mothers memory by making such outrages and false claims?!
It wasn't until he was changing clothes that he saw the live feed on the news. Of the woman getting into their limo with Pavi. Of course it would be Pavi, every time there was an opera he'd go searching for a new face or two...or six. Luigi's mouth fell open and a look of sheer shock/horror went upon his face as he laid eyes on Lucretzia. She....looked just like their mother, just like. He approached her slowly, unsure if this woman really was his mother or just a very good imposter.
Usually he'd just stab the bitch and be done with it...but deep down he wanted her to be the real thing. And held out the hopethat she was. Especially since he'd been in a rather depressive mood since his father died and needed someone in his life to care and comfort him. "Mama...is that you?" he said quietly.

Pavi turned suddenly at Luigi's entrance, suddenly dreading whatever was about to happen. Oh god, there was no doubt that Luigi would probably burst in, knife slashing whoever was in sight...most likely their mother.
But, this was not the case. He'd never seen his brother look so...helpless. Turning to Amber, he motioned with his arms towards the oldest Largo, saying quickly and almost desperately, "Amber, look! Luigi even-a believes it! Does that not-a tell you something! She's the real thing, believe-a me!"

"Whatever!" Amber snapped annoyed at Pavi and Luigi's behavior. Particularly Luigi of all of them she would've thought that he would be on her side. Particuarly because Luigi had the most memories of her and from what she rememberd from her mothers 'funeral' Luigi had been the one who had cried the hardest. He had been upset for months, that was when his rages had started.
"You two want to let someone we've never met inside our building fine. But as long as I'm here no one is going to impersonate our mother or manipulate us. Until I see concrete evidence like DNA results she's not taking another step inside this building!"

"Amber, shut up!" Luigi snapped more angry at himself for letting his guard down infront of his siblings than he was at her. He glanced at Lucretzia. She certainly did resemble their mother, and he knew her the best of the three children and had the most memories of her. "Sing the lullabye you made up for me." He said suddenly a somewhat hard edge in his voice. "The one you made up just for me, I know for a fact you never sang it for Pavi or Amber. So if you're my mother you'll know it."
He waited silently his hand going into his jacket incase she didn't know the lullabye and was just an imposter. He would've killed her by now, but there was a nagging feeling in his gut that said otherwise. If she passed this test she was who she was no questions asked.

Lucretzia smiled at that. Of course she remembered the lullabye that she had song to Luigi all those years ago when he was a little boy. He was well, had been afraid of the dark or rather what might be in the dark. So to help him get over his fears and get a goodnights rest. She cleared her throat and began to sing softly in a gentle rythm. "Tell the monster that lives neath your bed To go somewhere else instead Or you'll kick him in the head
Tell the creature that lurks behind the door If he knows what's good he won't come here anymore Cause you'll kick in his butt at the count of four
Goodnight demon slayer, goodnight Now its time to close your tired eyes There are devils to slay and dragons to ride If they see you coming, hell they better hide
Goodnight, goodnight, goodnight Goodnight my little slayer goodnight
Tell the monster that eats children, that you taste bad And you're sure you'd be the worst that he's ever had If he eats you, don't fret, just cut him open with an axe Don't regret it, he deserved it, he's a cad
Tell the harpies that land on your bed post That at the count of five you'll roast them alive Tell the devil its time you gave him his due He should go back to hell, he should shake in his shoes Cause the mightiest, scariest, creature is you
Goodnight demon slayer, goodnight Now its time to close your tired eyes There are devils to slay and dragons to ride If they see you coming, hell they better hide
Goodnight, goodnight, goodnight Goodnight my little slayer goodnight
I won't tell you, there's nothing neath your bed I won't tell you, that it's all in your head This world of ours is not as it seems The monsters are real but not in your dreams Learn what you can from the beasts you defeat, you'll need it for some of the people you meet
Goodnight demon slayer, goodnight Now its time to close your tired eyes There are devils to slay and dragons to ride If they see you coming, hell they better hide
Goodnight, goodnight, goodnight Goodnight my little slayer goodnight"When Lucretzia finished her song she stood there silently and held her arms our to Luigi waiting for him to embrace her. ((OOC: If anyone is curious that song is Voltaire's song Goodnight Demon Slayer. I figure it fits with Luigi's violent personality and Lucretzia would not sing her children sweet 'normal' lullabyes. ))

As soon as Lucretzia finished her lullabye Luigi dropped his knife and practically ran into his mothers arms burying his head into her neck.
"Mommy!" He said in an almost sob, hiding his face into her dress so that Pavi and Amber couldn't see the tears pouring down his face. "Mama...." He said chocking on a sob. "I'm so glad you're alive." He felt happy for the first time in a long time, and confused. Why had she left them for so long?

Lucretzia gently rubbed the top of her sons head and kissed him on the forehead. Tears of happiness were running down her face as Luigi hugged her and cried into her shoulder. "Shhhh ... è bene mamma è qui ora, e non ho mai potrà mai ripartire." She whisphered to her oldest son. She had Luigi her arms, encircling him protectively as she began to hum her lulabye to him while gently rocking him like he was the little boy he once was when she had last seen him.

Pavi, despite the rather desperate circumstances, couldn't help but smirk just a little at the lullaby their mother began to sing. The lyrics were so fitting...and probably explained a few things about their brother's personality.
"Well, sister, what do have-a to say about-a that?" Pavi asked smugly, folding his arms across his chest as he motioned to the sight of Luigi and Lucretzia.
