I have a question, actually.. anyone have any tips for a Shilo cosplay? Most likely the white shirt/dress she wears when she sings 'Infected' or Marni's dress because I have a freaking small budget and can't sew. Even though I really like the '21st Century Cure' one xD;
The only thing is, I'm not sure where to get the stuff for it. I've seen things online things that put together some outfits for it, but again, it's usually the more elaborate ones. So just any ideas of where to get some of the stuff (for any of her outfits, really) would be helpful (:
EDIT: Going with Marni's dress, found possible ideas for every part except for her shoes (boots?) and socks.

Okay, I'd like to apologize for disappearing. I've been at all-day rehearsals practically everyday for the past week or so, so I haven't had much free time here lately. I'll try and catch up on posts now though, so that this place doesn't...die. XD

If you're looking for a similar type of shirt to the one from 21st Centurey Cure, a GREAT place to find semi-gothic Lolita clothing is Hot Topic. As for the boots check your local thrift store or any Good Will store near you. The people there are super helpful and you'll never know what you might find. Also, if you want to look pale like Shilo use a bit (and I mean like a bit) of white grease paint. I suggest mixing it with a bit of pale foundation first though it'll help it stay on better. Also dust a little, little, bit of translucent powder onto your face so that you don't look shiny. (This has been Luigi's fashion tips. ;D) |

I'm probably doing both her nightgown and Marni's dress, 'cause they actually have a lot of similarities. I can't do 21st century cure though, too many parts >w<

About the paleness, I'm already way too pale. Like, borderline unnatural if it wasn't for a slight tan. With the black hair, I'll probably be pale enough... although my eyes are blue and I'm scared shitless of contacts, but oh well. xD;

Hope Pavi comes back and this place gets active again! I can not wait for Vittoria to meet her older siblings....and tramuatize them!  Here's what she's going to do: Beat the crap out of Luigi Blackmail Pavi when he hits on her And Amber....I'm not really sure I think she'd just be scared of her sister on principal after hearing her brothers talking about Toria. Also I'm going to have Vittoria be INSANELY jealous about having to share her mother with three older siblings because I think that would be difficult to do after having fifteen years of being an only child. |
